A4Everyone is a proprietary predictive analytics engine that connects to your existing business data (ERP, CRM) to forecast demand, evaluate risks, and identify optimization opportunities automatically using advanced Machine Learning.
How long does deployment take?
Unlike traditional AI implementations that take months, our pre-built industry connectors allow you to connect your data and start seeing preliminary predictions within 48 to 72 hours.
Do I need a data scientist on my team?
No. A4Everyone is designed to be highly accessible for business users, operators, and analysts. Our models train themselves and output actionable numbers, not complex code.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes. We offer a 14-day proof-of-concept trial for qualified enterprise clients where we ingest a subset of your historical data and demonstrate our forecast accuracy against actuals.
What is the pricing model?
Our pricing is tier-based depending on the volume of data points processed monthly and the specific industry models required. We do not charge by seat, so your entire organization can have access.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, we operate on flexible month-to-month or annual enterprise contracts. You can opt out at any time with a 30-day notice.
Data Integration & Security
What data systems do you integrate with?
We provide native integrations for SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Shopify Plus, Magento, Snowflake, and generic REST APIs for custom in-house software.
Is my company's data secure?
Extremely. A4Everyone is SOC2 Type II and GDPR compliant. Your data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3. We never share your data with other clients.
Where are your servers located?
Depending on your region and compliance requirements, we deploy our infrastructure on AWS or Azure in localized zones (e.g., Frankfurt for EU clients, North Virginia for US clients).
Do you use my data to train global models?
No. Your data is siloed and used exclusively to train models for your specific tenant. Our global baseline algorithms are pre-trained on anonymized public and macroeconomic datasets.
Can I host A4Everyone on-premise?
Yes. For strictly regulated industries such as banking and healthcare, we offer on-premise deployment solutions within your own secure VPC or physical servers.
How do you handle PII data?
We automatically strip and anonymize Personally Identifiable Information (PII) before it enters our predictive model engines. We do not require names or addresses to predict purchasing behavior.
