1: Have a 15 minute discovery call to learn more about your project and answer any questions you may have
2: Perform a site assessment at your property to determine the best location for your ADU and how to connect utilities
3. Provide you with a site assessment package and updated proposal
Design
Site-Built ADUs
1: Select a style, floor plan, and initial finishes
2: Meet with our design team to finalize your design
3: Receive a custom 3D model for review & approval
4: Receive an updated proposal based on the final design
Duration: 2-6 weeks
Prefab ADUs
1: Choose a model
2. Configure your ADU online
3. Select additional customizations (optional)
4. Receive an updated proposal based on the final design
Duration: 1-2 days
Permitting
Sit back and relax, while our team handles all aspects of the permitting process including:
- Architectural drawing creation
- Permit application preparation & submittal
- Building plan revisions & application resubmission
- Manage communications with municipality
Duration: 3-4 months
Construction

1: Site preparation, foundation, framing
2: Rough-in work (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
3: Interior and exterior finishing, connect utilities
4: Finishing touches and inspection

Prefab ADUs
1: Fabricate unit at factory

3. Delivery and crane installation
