Trying to decide between a power rack and just using a bench with dumbbells. I don’t have tons of space, but I do want to squat and press safely.
The Ntaifitness rack I saw folds inwards and has safety bars—way more affordable than Rogue Fitness and doesn’t need ceiling anchors.
Anyone else go with a rack in a small apartment or garage? I want to be smart about Gym Equipment Manufacturers that don’t overbuild for home use.
